Start with the film presentation
The product brief should identify the intended species, offering routine and ingredient preferences. Film size and handling need to be discussed alongside those requirements, rather than set by the retail carton alone.
Connect wrap and use
Discuss opening, handling and how the film will be offered. Individual protection, product information and pack count should relate to the proposed film and storage review.
Build the retail identity
Use a clear hierarchy for brand, product name, species and intended use. A retail carton can bring the individual units into a coherent range, but the artwork must follow the agreed product information.
Review as a complete system
Evaluate the film, wrap and carton together. Feedback on handling or presentation may change both the physical pack and the wording used on it.
